Pricing
Art For Us takes no commission on sales — the seller keeps 100% of the price. Buyer and seller arrange payment and delivery directly, outside the platform.
Sellers only pay a subscription for publishing works: the package decides how many works can be for sale at the same time. Packages are paid yearly.
Prices are shown in euros (EUR). Sellers from Serbia are billed in dinars, sellers from other countries in euros — based on the seller account’s country.
- All prices are final and include VAT.
- Payment is made by payment card through Freemius.
- You can request a refund within 14 days of purchase — for packages and for paid listings (see Frequently asked questions).

For galleries and publishers
A gallery or publisher chooses between the free account and a single package — “Unlimited for galleries/publishers”. Packages A, B and C are not available to galleries and publishers.

Neither of the two “Unlimited” packages limits the number of active works. The gallery/publisher package also unlocks CSV import of the whole catalogue. The account type (creator or gallery/publisher) is chosen when the seller account is opened.
Free trial
For creators: A seller account opened on or before 31 December 2026 gets 6 months of free trial; an account opened after that gets 3 months.
For galleries and publishers: A gallery/publisher account opened on or before 1 January 2027 is free until then; an account opened after that gets 1 month of free trial.
The trial starts when the seller account is opened and needs no payment card. During it you choose and change packages without paying; with no package chosen the free account applies (1 active work).
Paid listing

A paid listing features one work: for 30 days from payment confirmation it is shown first in its category and the sub-categories it belongs to, framed and clearly labelled “Paid listing”. The label only means the placement was paid for — it is not a recommendation or rating by the platform.
Paid once, per work and independently of the package. Extending is a new purchase, and every purchase moves the work back to the top. While the work temporarily cannot be shown (e.g. it is withdrawn from sale or sold), the listing period is paused.
You buy it in the seller dashboard, next to the work you want to feature (“Feature this work”).
Frequently asked questions
When is the subscription paid?
Nothing is paid during the free trial. After it, the chosen package is paid yearly; the price is shown in the dashboard before you pay. The free account costs nothing.
Can I change my package?
Yes, in both directions, on the “Subscription” tab of the dashboard. The new limit applies immediately. Before moving to a smaller package, withdraw from sale the works above its limit. If the subscription is already paid, the new price applies from the next renewal.
What if I reach my package limit?
You cannot publish a new work, or put a withdrawn work back on sale, until you withdraw another work or choose a bigger package. Existing works are not deleted.
How do I pay?
By payment card, through the external payment provider Freemius; Art For Us never sees your card details. Sellers from Serbia pay in dinars (RSD), everyone else in euros (EUR).
What happens when the subscription expires?
1 active work (the oldest) stays public; the others are hidden — not deleted — and come back as soon as the subscription is renewed.
Does the platform take a commission on sales?
No. The subscription is a fee for publishing works. The buyer pays the seller directly for the work, as agreed between them.
Can I get a refund?
If within 14 days of purchase something does not work as expected, a feature is missing or a problem cannot be solved, you can request a refund. Refunds are processed by Freemius. When you change packages, the previous package is not refunded; the new package can be refunded within 14 days of its purchase. If a paid-listing payment is refunded, the listing is taken down immediately.
