Creators on Art For Us keep the copyright in their works and warrant that they hold the rights to what they publish. If you believe that a listing uses your work (a photo, painting, text or design) without permission, report it to us here. This notice is not meant for other kinds of problems — for fake or inappropriate listings, use the “Report listing” button on the work’s page.
How we handle notices
- A notice may be submitted by the rights holder or a person representing them, even without an account on the platform.
- Every notice is reviewed by a human (administrator). If it is well-founded, we remove the listing and send the seller a notification with the reason and the notice number.
- The seller may file an objection (e.g. to show that they hold a licence) at podrska@art-forus.com, quoting the notice number. If the objection is well-founded, we restore the listing.
- We close the account of a seller against whom 3 or more notices have been upheld (repeat infringer).
- A false or malicious notice may have legal consequences for the person who submits it. Every decision is recorded.
